sitting in a waiting room, forced away from everyday routines, is often a very productive work thinking time

at the office... little sick but no meetings today

sore throat + bad headache = up most of night, no workout. after an important 10a meeting i'm taking my toys and going home.

bailed on the ride, getting sick and it's cold out. sorry marc. went to my father's to fix a computer and grab a whiteboard.

getting righteously caffeinated before a mid-day ride that I predict will be pure misery
