our 3 y/o just locked our 11 mo/o in a bedroom saying "i want to lock emme in there." a little parental panic and off come the locks.

workout done... a simple thirty minute ride that keeps the consistency going but accomplishes little else

commencing the daily two hour process of ending work and starting a workout, stationary bike

bad news, pupper's got a tumor in her stomach... not sure what treatment options exist, she's back to the vet tomorrow.

wish i was getting snow dumped on me... i miss it... nothing but a slow rain here in atlanta.

breaking away from the computer... got to get a ride of some sort onto the books... consistency
