just back from pool time with ava, emme and terp. the pool is 97 degrees (only half kidding) so i still haven't cooled down post-run.

miserable hot 8.5 miles on comet. legs just not cooperating, stiff, sore. let's not talk about this run ever again.

morning run didn't happen. got up at 5, felt some soreness and then got sucked into work.
